How much do I pay for your service?
We have 2 services that we offer for home buyers. Our online Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum Gold service is $6,500 (inclusive of GST) and our full-service Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum plan is $15,000 (inclusive of GST).
The plans are split into 2 payments:
- For Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum Gold, it's $2,500 upfront and $4,000 on exchange.
- For Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum Platinum, it's $5,000 upfront and $10,000 on exchange.
How does the money back guarantee work?
If you're not 100% satisfied after our first 1-hour meeting with you that we will be able to help you purchase a property, then we'll give you 100% of your money back, no questions asked.
Where do you get your data from?
Our data is sourced from numerous partners. We use a combination of qualitative and quantitative data to help us make decisions about what properties to buy and how much to bid.
Why can’t I just do it myself?
Of course you can! But then you risk overpaying or buying the wrong property or not even buying a property at all... and that can be expensive! With Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum , you get an expert by your side throughout your property buying journey.
Do you work with home buyers only?
We work with anyone looking to buy a residential property.
Are you licensed?
Yes. You must be a licenced real estate agent to operate as a buyer's agent.
Can you really save me time and money?
Research conducted indicates the average home buyer's journey can take upwards of 18 months. We like to think we can help you well within 3 months... and saving money? That's the easy part 🙂
How long will it take to find me a property?
We usually find our clients a property well within 3 months. It could be as fast as 5 days or it could take as long as 6 months.
Do I need my finance pre-approved before I engage Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum ?
You don't need pre-approved finance when you engage us but it will be the first thing we ask you to do before we start your property search. You can use an independent broker or go straight to your bank. The choice is yours.
Can Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum sell my property for me?
We usually find our clients a property well within 3 months. It could be as fast as 5 days or it could take as long as 6 months.
What services can Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum offer me?
We have 2 service offerings for home buyers.
Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum Gold: We help find and assess each property that meets your criteria. We help you refine your options until you are ready to make an offer. We will handle negotiations and if the property goes to auction, attend and bid on your behalf in 1 auction.
Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum Platinum: You get everything in Buyers Advocate Australia Platinum Gold plus we will inspect properties with you or on your behalf. We will also attend unlimited auctions until we secure a property for you.
